This movie was kind of boring and anti-climatic. Dr. Stein is a Nobel-prize winning scientist who is a genius with DNA. Winifred, an old student of Stein's, shows up at
his home asking him to help her out. Winifred's fiance Eddie, is a Vietnam veteran who has lost both his arms and legs. Dr. Stein thinks he can help him out and they go to work. Meanwhile, Malcomb, Dr. Stein's assistant, falls in love with Winifred and becomes jealous of her love for Eddie. He switches Eddie's DNA and turns him into a ruthless monster.
